Hi I am trying to develop an application which uses of sweep.
But from a few days ago, my sweep's status LED "Solid Red" flashes, and I get random points("Solid Blue" flashing, I can get correct data) when I use Sweep Visualizer Beta and my own application to scan. It can change sampling rate and rotation speed correctly.
According to Sweep User Manual, "Solid Red" LED indicates "Internal communication error". How can I get detail about that error?
