Hi there Salman,
As far as I'm aware, the
example.cc files should not require the
sfml-all module. When you go to build the examples, the cmake file will check if various modules are present, and avoid building certain examples if required modules are missing. See here. In this case, the
viewer.cc example shouldn't build because the
sfml-all module is missing. Similarly, cmake will skip building the networking example if Protobuf and ZeroMQ are not found. However, you should still be able to run the
sfml-all. Are you not able to ?
I do not believe the viewer example has been tested on anything but linux. It is a fairly simple 2D plot of points, meant as an example code snippet more than anything. If you are looking for a graphical display of data, the Sweep Visualizer is far more comprehensive.
Having said that, I am sure you can get the
viewer.cc example running on mac. I'd recommend submitting an issue on the github issue tracker for the
sweep-sdk repository. The developers will be more likely to see the issue on Github than here on the forums.
